內(nèi)容簡介:　　《跨文化商務(wù)交際英語》是“國際商務(wù)英語本科核心課程教材系列”，針對跨文化交際課程編寫?？缥幕浑H是商務(wù)英語專業(yè)的重要課程之一?！犊缥幕虅?wù)交際英語》共16單元，涵蓋了跨文化商務(wù)交際的主要內(nèi)容。通過學習《跨文化商務(wù)交際英語》，學生可以學習到跨文化商務(wù)交際過程中常用的英語，同時還了解掌握跨文化商務(wù)交際的基本理論和基本交際技巧。

作者簡介:　　翁鳳翔，教育部高校英語專業(yè)教學指導(dǎo)分委員會商務(wù)英語專業(yè)教學協(xié)作組專家組成員，中國國際商務(wù)英語研究會副理事長，中國外語教學研究會專門用途英語委員會常務(wù)理事，上海市學位辦MTI教學指導(dǎo)委員會委員，上海海事大學外國語學院MTI教育中心主任，商務(wù)英語系主任，國際航運（商務(wù)）英語研究所所長，國際商務(wù)英語學科帶頭人。
　　主要研究方向：商務(wù)英語研究，商務(wù)翻譯學。
　　兼任過英國伯明翰城市大學商學院客座教授，2002年9月一2003年9月在該大學商學院做訪問教授，訪問劍橋大學考試委員會，與英國專家研究劍橋商務(wù)英語證書（BEC）考試。
　　2000年6月一8月年應(yīng)邀參加德國漢諾威世博會，任商務(wù)翻譯；2010年7月一8月，在英國樸茨茅斯大學做訪問教授；2011年8月，赴韓國釜山進行國際航運英語調(diào)研；2014年10月到美國舊金山、芝加哥、紐約做國際商務(wù)項目調(diào)研；兼任一些涉外企業(yè)的國際商務(wù)顧問及商務(wù)英語翻譯顧問。
　　作為總主編主持出版了四套國際商務(wù)英語叢書（共25本），共主編出版著作與發(fā)表學術(shù)論文達50余本／篇。
　　任《商務(wù)外語研究》、《中國ESP研究》學術(shù)期刊編委，上海航交所《航運交易公報》英文譯審。
　　主要教授研究生及本科國際商務(wù)導(dǎo)論、國際海事法規(guī)英語與翻譯、國際營銷英語等課程。
