作者簡(jiǎn)介:    1975年獲路易斯安那州立大學(xué)電氣工程學(xué)士學(xué)位,1979年獲佛羅里達(dá)中央大學(xué)電氣工程碩士學(xué)位,曾就讀于萊斯大學(xué)繼續(xù)更高層次的研究生階段學(xué)習(xí)。從1975年到1980年,他以高級(jí)職員身份就職于美國(guó)海軍,在位于佛羅里達(dá)州奧蘭多的美國(guó)海軍核動(dòng)力學(xué)院講授電氣工程。從1980年到1982年,他受雇于休斯敦大學(xué),在技術(shù)學(xué)院運(yùn)作電力系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目。從1988到1991年,Chapman先生為休斯敦地殼開(kāi)發(fā)公司的研究工程師,從事地震信號(hào)處理研究。他也受雇于休斯敦大學(xué),繼續(xù)兼職從事教學(xué)工作。Chapman先生目前是位于墨爾本的澳大利亞BAE系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)建模和運(yùn)行分析管理者。Chapman先生是電氣和電子工程師協(xié)會(huì)(以及其多個(gè)分會(huì))的高級(jí)會(huì)員,也是澳大利亞工程師協(xié)會(huì)的會(huì)員。
