作者簡介:喬納森·卡勒（Jonathan Culler，1944— ）是美國著名學者，在文學批評、文學理論和比較文學研究中均取得突出成就。1966年畢業(yè)于哈佛大學，1974年獲牛津大學博士學位，現為美國康奈爾大學教授，主要研究方向為結構主義，是歐陸結構主義和解構主義被引入美國學界并迅速獲得普及的過程中*重要的傳道人之一。
